Corrections policy
Accuracy includes being willing to correct the record.
Request a review
Send the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong and the evidence supporting your request through our correction form. Include an email address so the newsroom can contact you.
How corrections are handled
The newsroom reviews the source material and relevant responses. When a significant factual error is established, the article should be corrected and a dated note should explain the change. Minor spelling or formatting fixes do not normally require a correction notice.
Updates and disagreements
New information can lead to an update without making the original report inaccurate. A disagreement with a viewpoint is different from a factual error. We welcome evidence-based concerns about both accuracy and fairness.
Escalation
If a concern remains unresolved, reply through the same contact route and request review by TNN leadership.
